Abstract: This document (GAO-06-566) is a Government Accountability Office (GAO) study and report on progress that federal grant-making agencies have made to date on in satisfying the goals and requirements of P.L. 106-107. The Study interviewed grantees, reviewed comments grantees submitted about changes needed, and obtained views from grantee associations and users of Grants.gov, as well as performing grantee site visits and obtaining the views of OMB.
